Description

The PRIME MOBILE™ combines the value of GPS technology, 2-way hands free cellular voice and an integrated SOS button all in one easy to use package. With the push of the SOS button, emergency contacts are notified via SMS or e-mail. The PRIME MOBILE™ then automatically calls the SafeTracks™ Monitoring Center through 2-way hands free voice technology. Our trained operators will assess the situation and respond accordingly with Police, Fire or Ambulance. Operators also have access to your GPS location and specific notes pertaining to the user of the device. Combining these technologies with multiple Geo-Fences allows emergency contacts to be notified when a user exits, or enters any Geo-Fence area.

 

Monthly Service Plan

It will be necessary to subscribe to our monthly service plan upon activation of the PRIME MOBILE™.

  • $49.95 Monthly - Includes unlimited data and 15 minutes* of Emergency voice calls
  • $0.75 per minute charge will be assessed after the 15 allotted minutes
  • $35.00 one-time activation fee will be applied.

 

PRIME MOBILE™ Device Purchase Refund Policy

10 Day

If you contact SafeTracks™ within 10 days of receiving the device, and you’re wanting to return for a refund, you’ll be issued a refund via original Credit Card or by Cheque within 14 days of inspection of the PRIME MOBILE™, less Shipping & Handling, Activation Fees, and Monthly Service Fee. Once a thorough inspection is completed on the returned device, we’ll be able to process your refund, providing there is no damage. If there is damage then this will be deducted off your refund.

30 Day

If you contact SafeTracks™ within 30 days of receiving the device, and you’re wanting to return for a refund, you’ll be issued a refund of 50% on your original purchase price, via original Credit Card or by Cheque within 14 days of inspection of the PRIME MOBILE™, less Shipping & Handling, Activation Fees, and Monthly Service Fee. Once a thorough inspection is completed on the returned device, we’ll be able to process your refund, providing there is no damage. If there is damage then this will be deducted off your refund.

30 Day +

SafeTracks™ does not refund on product purchases after 30 days.

Cancellation

To cancel, you must advise us in writing within the Refund Period. Month to month users who cancel service will be charged a cancellation fee of $35.00.

***All products must be returned in the original and undamaged condition, including all original packaging and warranty cards. If the product is not returned in As New Condition, a refund may not apply***
